Room didn't lock, felt unsafe during stay.

my family and i had a great time during our stay. the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially rigoberto and marcos, making us feel welcomed. the breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of options that kept everyone satisfied.

Limited seating in common areas made it tricky to find a place to relax. The location near the park was nice, keeping my kids entertained. Overall, my experience had bright spots but also areas that could use improvement.

Request a room away from the main entrance for a quieter stay, as the hotel can become busy during peak hours.

I had an awesome stay where I loved the cozy indoor pool and got to unwind in the jacuzzi after exploring the area. The room was comfy and clean, making me feel right at home, although the breakfast choices were a bit lackluster for my taste. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place, just maybe eat out for breakfast! 😊

The lighting situation around the mirrors in the room leaves a lot to be desired, making tasks like applying makeup a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the pool area felt a bit grimy, with too much bleach overpowering the atmosphere, leading us to cut our swim short. Some mechanical issues also arose, such as a noisy vent fan that made the bathroom feel cramped and an AC unit that struggled to keep things cool in warmer weather.

The room was really spacious, and I loved the giant windows that let in so much natural light! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were truly impressed by the warm, welcoming service we experienced from the staff!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, it was still acceptable for what we got.

I had a cozy stay with a very comfortable bed and helpful staff who greeted me every time. The hotel is close to the US consulate, making it convenient for my trip. The pool was closed the entire time, and the gym was kinda lame. I even found hair in my donut at breakfast, ugh. It’s close-ish to the consulate. still had to grab a Didi to get anywhere. Would not come again, going with Holiday Inn Express next time.
